Electronic Discovery Basics Exam

This 100 question exam was created to see how much you know in relation to the electronic discovery lifecycle. How many of your employees understand electronic discovery? This will help flesh out which employees may need EDD training. There are 10 topics covered. Each has 10 questions. All questions are either multiple choice or true and false. This is the most basic electronic discovery exam that will be offered by Randall Consulting. Remember this just because you guessed correctly does not mean you fully understand that specific question or topic.

 

There was indeed debate about including a certification in this exam for those that passed. Randall Consulting decided against it for this basic one. In the intermediate exam available next year there will be a certification available.

 

This exam can be taken as a .SWF file (flash player needs to be installed), .HTM or even as an interactive .PDF file. If taking this exam in .PDF form the latest version of adobe is needed. Either Adobe 9 Reader or Pro.
